Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Carefully roll your rug and wrap it in its original protective packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to the exterior of the package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
